For the time period between September 15-30.
  1. Get back to WW (rejoin by the end of the month).
  2. Run 8 times.
  3. Weight train 2 times per week.
  4. Go to the gym 5 times with Rebecca.
  5. Remove all the unhealthy food from my home.
  6. Begin the Beck Diet Solution.
  7. Read one book.
